Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction at Moment Pickleball
At Moment Pickleball, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Moment Pickleball product, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date of your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
To initiate a return, please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at momentpickleball@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number with your return shipment. Upon receiving your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund via email.
Refund Process:
If your return is approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original payment method. It's important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. However, if you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will diligently evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items fall under exceptions and cannot be returned. These include soft goods and custom products, such as team or special orders or personalized items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
Should you wish to exchange your product for a different model, please reach out to us at momentpickleball@gmail.com to discuss your request and obtain an RMA number for the exchange. Remember to include the RMA number with your exchange shipment. Please note that soft goods (items other than boards or fitness equipment) are not eligible for exchange. Upon receiving your exchange item, we will inspect it and promptly send you the requested replacement product. If there is a price difference between the returned product and the replacement product, we will adjust the amount charged to your original payment method accordingly.
Shipping Costs:
For exchanges, shipping costs for Moment Pickleball to send the replacement product to you will be covered by the customer. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
